Please Note
+ An advanced planning will includes: (i) a discretionary trust, or a business property trust, or a right to reside in/occupy your home or a life interest trust; and (ii) a letter of wishes. Additional trusts can be included at a cost of £200 for a single person and £250 for a couple, per trust.
Meetings at clients’ homes are subject to a travelling expense of 50p per mile.
There is an additional fee of £150 each time we are required to reproduce or amend a power of attorney during the signing process.
A fee of £82 per power of attorney document is payable to the Office of the Public Guardian when applying for a power of attorney to be validated, and is payable in addition to our fees.
